Lake Country Crushers--Newton is preparing for the Fall season. We are a 16U showcase team that playing 18U. We have several openings to fill in our roster. We are looking for a strong, versatile pitcher and a strong, utility player. Tryouts are scheduled for July 17th and July 31st in which a prospect(s) will practice with our existing/returning players. Our Fall season has 4 showcase events planned so far. We have been successful in getting our players noticed this summer in Rock Hill, SC (2 events) and Cary, NC with multiple offers for unofficial and official visits. We have one more event in Cary from July 21 - 24.
