The Lady Bombers the fastpitch travel program of Home Plate Batting Center in Advance is up and running! The 14U roster is coming together, and we are building to field teams in 8U, 10U and 12U as well.
We are looking for enthusiastic players and dedicated coaches for 8U, 10U and 12U squads.
14U has a few roster spots to fill and is looking preferably for versatile 2001 players to add to our mixed roster that will play 14U this spring/summer and transition to 16U. Exceptional 2002 players will be considered. This squad will be coached by Shavonda Holloway, a former collegiate softball and basketball player who has coached softball at the recreational, middle school and travel ball levels for nearly 10 years.
Lady Bombers players will have full access to the Home Plate Batting Center throughout the year including tokens for hitting machine, cages (when available) as well as clinics conducted by experienced instructors such as Shae Wesley, former Appalachian State Head Coach, Pro Player Lara Andrews and other Pro, Division 1 and 2 coaches..
14U workouts will be held Saturday, February 6th, 2:00-5:00 at Home Plate Batting Center, 4395 US-158, Advance, NC.
