The NC Spartans will start indoor Winter Workouts this Sunday, December 13th at the High Point Batting Center.

Cost:
$7.00 indoor rental fee per participant.


Time:

4:45 - 6:30 Pitchers and Catchers

6:15 - 8:00 Infield/Outfield Drills

’06 -‘08



Wear your tennis shoes. Bring your cleats in the event the weather permits us to go outside.

Catchers bring equipment.
