Halifax Heat 10U Try Outs

Halifax Heat is looking for a few players to complete our roster. We have a core group that has been playing 10u this year. We will be practicing through the winter in preperation for our second year at the 10u level. We are based in South Boston VA. 05 birthdays are preferred, will consider strong 06 birthday. As with most teams we are looking for pitching and middle infielders. All positions will be considered. Tryout will be held on August 20, at Halifax High School at 6:30 PM. Who are your coaches and do they hAve kids on the team?

Head coach is Toby Payne. There are 3 assistant coaches. He does have a daughter on the team. Defensive positions are earned and batting order is determined based on production levels. Coaches daughters sit on bench when warranted.
